  • The amount refunded will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any resources spent on the project.

❌ No Refund (After project completion)

  • Once the project is delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

  • If a client fails to provide required materials, content, or feedback causing project delays, refunds will not be granted.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations & hosting fees (Once purchased, these cannot be refunded).

  • Custom software, web applications, and mobile apps (Once significant development work has been done).

  • SEO, digital marketing, and consulting services (As these require continuous effort and resources).

  • Any third-party service costs incurred on behalf of the client.


3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
